Designed for PCN and PCS base station applications with frequencies up to 2600 MHz in Class A and Class AB. suitable for applications involving multicarrier amplifiers, TDMA, CDMA, and FM. These devices are made to offer a high level of dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications in addition to a significant reduction in on-resistance.
