MPC9992ACR2 Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape and Reel package is used. In the TQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 32 terminations.
