MPC9773AER2 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. The TQFP package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 52 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 242.5MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are a number of 52 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 3.3V. A Clock Drivers clock generator is essentially what this device is. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.25 ns max. 13 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. A search for the 9773 family will yield similar electronic parts. There can be no voltage higher than 3.465V when powering this frequency generator. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3V. PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits are primarily constructed using this time clock generator.
