MPC961PACR2 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. In the TQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 32-bit output. Clock generator is designed with 32 pins. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Drivers device. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATE AT 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. 17 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. 961-family electronic parts are similar. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.465V is unacceptable. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 2.375V. PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits are primarily constructed using this time clock generator.
