MPC961CACR2 Overview

Embedded in the LQFP package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A search for the 961 family will yield similar electronic components. A voltage above 3.465V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 2.375V. Logic circuits based on PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator.
