MPC9600AER2 Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The TQFP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 200MHz. It is a 48-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 48 pins. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Drivers device. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATE AT 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output. There are 21 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. When searching for parts belonging to the 9600 family, similar electric components can be found. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 2.375V. The PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device.
