MPC9600AE Overview


This clock generator is embedded in the TQFP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 48 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. This clock-generating IC is a 48-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 48 pins that are available. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Drivers device. ALSO OPERATE AT 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. 21 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. If you search for the 9600 family of parts, you will be able to find similar electrical parts. A voltage above 3.465V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 2.375V. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
