MPC9448FAR2 Overview


It's a electronic part of the LQFP package. It is available in the case Tape & Reel (TR). As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 350MHz. 32 terminations have been recorded. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. A pin count of 32 can be found on it. Operation is performed using the 32 pins. It is contained in Clock Drivers. A minimum temperature of -40°C is required for reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. The gadget belongs to the 9448 family. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 2.625V. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V in order for the clock divider to operate normally. A 2.5/3.3V volt supply powers it. 12 true outputs are available. With the help of this gadget, ALSO OPERATE AT 3.3V SUPPLY can also be obtained.
