MPC9447FA Overview


The clock divider is packaged in a TQFP case. Normal operation is limited to 350MHz. It contains 32 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 32 on timeing clock. Operation is performed with 32 pins. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. Temperatures below 85°C allow stable operation. It is part of the 9447 family of electronic buffer ICs. An IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used in this project as a logic chip. It is powered by a 2.5/3.3V volt supply. 9 true outputs are available. A maximum supply voltage of 3.465VV can be handled by it. With the source voltage at 2.375V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. You can also get ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY when you use this gadget. In addition, it consumes 2mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors.
