MPC9447AC Overview


LQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 350MHz. There are 32 terminations in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 2.5V supply voltage. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 32. Operation is performed using the 48 pins. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. A member of the 9447 family, this clock buffer is a digital camera. This value is set to 2.625V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V in order for the clock divider to operate normally. It is possible to have 9 true outputs. As a result of using this gadget, you will also be able to obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY.
