MPC9446FA Overview


There is a case of TQFP in which it is packaged. There is a maximum value of 250MHz for normal operation. It has 32 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. Supply voltages of 2.5V enable high efficiency. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 32 on it. For operation, 32 pins are used. The clock divider is located in Clock Drivers. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. By operating at 85°C degrees Celsius, stable operation is enabled. There is an electronic gadget called 9446 in this family. With a LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic IC, it works. There is a 2.5/3.3V volt supply attached to it. It is possible to obtain 10 true outputs. A maximum of 3.465V V can be supplied to it. If the source voltage is as low as possible, 2.375V will work. With the help of this gadget, it is also possible to obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY. The clock divider consumes 2mA quiescent current and does not react to external factors.
