MPC9315AC Overview


Clock PLL is embedded in the TQFP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. In this clock generator, LVCMOS is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 160MHz. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 32-bits in si32e. The clock PLL has 32 pins that are available.
