Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel method. The PLCC package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 28 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. There is a maximum frequency of 750MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. It is a 28-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 28 pins that are available on the frequency generator.
