MPC9230AC Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-LQFP package. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 750MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL.
