As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -20°C~85°C TA when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.3V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 7V.
