MP4459DQT-LF-P Overview


It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. The output current of 1.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage can be produced at 36V volts by voltage regulator. 10 pins are used for switching regulator operation. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 800mV at least. An output voltage of 30V is provided by this regulator voltage. DC-DC switching regulator operating on 100μA supply voltage.
