This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. There are 2 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.608V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. A voltage of 608mV volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 8 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 608mV volts. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 1A A. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 5.5V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. In order to ensure reliable performance, the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage is 2.7V volts. A supply current of 45μAmps is required to operate this DC-DC switching regulator.
