MP1495DJ-LF-Z Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. At 13V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 800mV at least. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 3A A. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 13V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 13V is provided by this regulator voltage. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 16V.
