As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 40 @ 30mA 10V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.A VCE saturation (Max) of 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).The emitter base voltage can be kept at 6V for high efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 500mA.As you can see, the part has a transition frequency of 50MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 50mA volts.
