MK5814CMLF Overview


In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 128MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.63V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 8 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Elements can be destroyed by excessive supply current (greater than 35mA).
