MK2308S-2ILF Overview


The SOIC package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.3MHz maximum. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 16 pins that are available on the frequency generator. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. This clock generator offers low timing skew at 0.4 ns Max. The digital clock generator has 8 high-enable output pins. 2308-family clock generators are similar. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.5V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V.
