MK1714-01RLFTR Overview


Tape and Reel-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the QSOP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are 20 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and 0°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.5V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V. The maximal supply current amounts to 40mA.
