MJL3281A Description
The MJL3281A is a NPN complementary Bipolar Power Transistor with superior gain linearity. The onsemi MJL3281A has reliable performance at higher powers, symmetrical characteristics in complementary configurations, accurate dynamic range, and high amplifier bandwidth. The transistor MJL3281A can be applied in high-end consumer audio products, like home amplifier and home receivers, and can be used as professional audio amplifiers, such as theater and stadium sound systems, public address systems. The MJL3281A is offered in the TO-264-3 package. It is specified for operation from –65°C to +150°C.
