As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 14 @ 1A 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 700mV @ 900mA, 4.5V.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 9V allows for a high level of efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (8A).In this part, there is a transition frequency of 13MHz.Collector current can be as low as 8A volts at its maximum.
