MINISMDC150F12 Overview
Keeping PTC thermistors in SMD/SMT packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the Cut Tape, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. There must be no temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to function. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 12V voltage. These thermistors are rated for DC circuit voltage of 12V. PTC thermistors should produce 800mW heat.
