MINISMDC150F Overview
Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 6V voltage. This type of thermistors has been rated for a voltage of 6V in the DC circuit. Heat should be produced by PTC thermistors in the 800mW range. A PTC thermistor should not have a current greater than 100A. These thermistors have been rated with a voltage of 6V in the DC circuit.
