MINISMDC075F-2 Overview
A safety package is used to safeguard these PTC thermistors. For PTC thermistors, -40°C is the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 85°C. 2 is the termination of the PTC thermistor. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 13.2V. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 750mA current. A DC circuit uses 13.2V to rate these thermistors. The PTC thermistors should emit 1W heat. For PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 100A. As a result, the maximum voltage rated for these thermistors has been set to 13.2V in the DC circuit.
