This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 36 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT-type IC. The space-saving 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 6 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Programmable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.05V 1.1V 1.25V 1.8V 12V volts. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 200mA 3A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V.
