Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 6 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.05V 1.1V 1.25V 1.8V 12V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 200mA 3A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. As a member of the MIC7401 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
