MF-SMDF150 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 2018 packages. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety protection. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. As a result, PTC thermistors may supply 15V voltage at all times. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 15V voltage rating. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 1.1W heat. A PTC thermistor should not have a current higher than 40A.
