The device can support an on-state current powered at a maximum by 800A.It is important for a normal operation of the device that the RMS on-state current be maintained under 0.8A.An off-state voltage that is repetitive is the maximum voltage that can cross the device, and this device has a repetitive peak voltage of 600V.Detecting leakage current on conductors can be an indication of insulation effectiveness, and its maximum leakage current can be 0.1mA.An unblocked (On) state is converted into a blocked (Off) state by gate trigger current. This device has a DC gate trigger current-Max of 0.2mA.
