MCP9701-E/TO Overview
A safety precaution is taken by packaging these analog sensors in the Bag. A TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package protects the analog sensors from damage. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 3. As far as this electronic part is concerned, there are 3 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 6μA current. This sensor is designed to supply a maximum DC voltage of 5.5V. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 3V. It is theoretically possible to supply 6μA current to this sensor in order for it to function. The sensor's current output should generally be 100μA for optimum performance. As a general rule, the sensor should output 400mV.
