MCP9700A-E/TO Overview


As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged in the Bag. It is important to ensure the safety of the analog sensors by packaging them in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. As a result, the sensor has 3 pins for proper operation. The electronic part has 3 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 6μA when they are working. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide a maximum voltage of 5.5V. Although in a DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.3V. The sensor works as long as it receives 6μA current. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 100μA. Generally, the voltage output by the sensor should be 500mV.
