As part of the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, it is included. Supply voltage is 3V volts. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~125°C when operating the machine. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving.
