Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. There is a SOT-23-6 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V.
