MCK12140D Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Bulk package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. There are 8 terminations found in the file. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 70°C, it may pose a ha70°Card. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count.
