MCH12140D Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Rail/Tube package is used. The TSSOP package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 8 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. At 70°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with IT REQUIRES A -4.75V TO -5.5V SUPPLY. Analog ICs are classified as PHASE DETECTOR-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
