MC74VHC4066M Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. An extended operating temperature of -55°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Single supply type. 2V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 40μA. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 2V~12V. 9V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component.
