MC65H303C Overview


Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the Bead package. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±0.15°C. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C for reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. A NTC thermistor can operate at a temperature of -40°C for reliability. There is a maximum power setting of 25mW set by the NTC thermistors. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 25mW.
