MC65G503A Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Bulk. The Bead package includes it for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±0.05°C in order to function correctly. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~105°C to ensure reliable operation. A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The thermistors set their maximum power to 25mW. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 25mW.
