For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -40°C. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 25mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 25mW.
