MC36251 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 30V voltage. In the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 30V. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 900mW heat.
