MC36250 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C for it to work properly. When used, the PTC thermistors could produce 16V voltage. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 16V volts. When PTC thermistors produce heat, 700mW should be the result.
