MC36249 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 85°C in order for it to function properly. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 30V. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 30V. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 800mW.
