MC36248 Overview
Radial packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 85°C. PTC thermistors could operate at 16V voltages. DC thermistors are rated for 16V volts in DC circuits. A PTC thermistor should produce 600mW heat.
