MC36246 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. There must be no temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to function. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 30V voltage. These thermistors were rated for 30V voltage in the DC circuit. It is recommended that PTC thermistors produce 600mW heat.
