MC36235 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages to ensure their protection. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape to ensure safety. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C. A PTC thermistor could supply 16V voltage when it is in operation. A DC circuit is comprised of these thermistors, which are rated for 16V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1W. As part of the DC circuit, this thermistor should not supply voltages higher than 16V. These thermistors are rated for 16V voltage in the DC circuit.
