MC36233 Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety purposes. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. Ensure this thermistor is working at 85°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 8V voltage could be supplied. The thermistor can theoretically supply 8V voltage when working. As thermistors, these are rated for 8V voltage in DC circuits. Heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 800mW. In PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 100A. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply 0 volts. As part of the DC circuit, this thermistor should not supply voltages higher than 8V. thermistors with a voltage of 8V have been tested in a DC circuit.
