MC36223 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages to ensure their protection. A Cut Tape is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 6V voltage. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 6V voltage. DC thermistors are rated for 6V volts in DC circuits. The current for PTC thermistors should not be higher than 100A. As part of the DC circuit, this thermistor should not supply voltages higher than 6V.
