MC36213 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages to ensure their protection. To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. As a result, PTC thermistors may supply 6V voltage at all times. This thermistor can supply 6V nominally when in operation. This type of thermistors has been rated for a voltage of 6V in the DC circuit. When using PTC thermistors, the current shouldn't exceed 100A. It is recommended that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not exceed 6V.
